According to representatives of I.Kant State University of Russia during the masterclass to  members of candidates pool of the Kaliningrad region, Governor Georgy Boos pointed out that the launch of gambling zone project is still scheduled for July 1, 2009. At the same time the governor noted that the work on gaming zone creation might take a decade to complete.
