A Kaliningrad company plans to construct about 170,000 sq m of housing in Kaliningrad and its region by 2010

REGNUM. VestRusDom Co. belonging to the Vester Group plans to construct about 170,000 sq m of housing in Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad Region, DAILYSTROY is told at the press-office of the company.

VestRusDom manages 1,700 sq m of elite real estate. It has been constructing a luxury apartment block with total area of 1,570 thousand sq m, which will be commissioned by summer of 2008. Overall, the company intends to construct 13 objects in Kaliningrad and its region.

Besides, the company intends to actively participate in implementation of the national project “Affordable housing". In the end of the year, construction of a 17-story apartment house in Bagramyan Embankment with participation of the company is scheduled to start. According to the project, the building with total living space of 15,000 sq m will contain mainly one- and two-room apartments. A new shopping center is planned to be on the ground floor.

According to DAILYSTROY, VestRusDom is the business-direction of the Vester Group, developing housing construction. The company was established in Kaliningrad in 2007 on the basis of the group’s building division. Now VestRusDom together with VestRus Development Co. are implementing a number of housing projects on land lots belonging to the Vester Group.  Besides, the business-direction   of VestRusDom fills orders of the outside agencies.
