OLN: OOO BaltTehProm to put new transport industrial warehouse into operation in November 2012

Based on materials by rugrad.eu. According to information provided to RUGRAD.EU by Vladimir Ashihin, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Kaliningrad region, the launch of the transport industrial warehousing hub is preliminary set for November 2012. The construction is being implemented by thenew SEZ resident, OOO BaltTehProm. The company has already invested 70 mn roubles out of 500 mn roubles stated in the investment declaration. As of today, waste-disposal facilities have almost been completed, equipment in boiler-house installed (90% of work finalised), railroad access branches constructed, freight-handling stations are being equipped, and construction of bitumen plant has begun.

According to information provided by press-service of regional government, after completion of the project OOO BaltTehProm will render the following services: transmission and distribution of electric power and thermal energy; collection, treatment and distribution of water; waste water treatment; cargo handling (including loading-unloading services).
