OLN: Kaliningrad labour market shows first signs of stabilisation

Based on materials by RUGRAD.EU [1]. According to data provided by HeadHunter recruitment agency experts based on the vacancies placed on hh.ru by companies-employers and CVs by jobseekers, the demand for skilled personnel in Kaliningrad showed moderate growth in March after a 50% drop by the end of 2008. The number of vacancies placed by Kaliningrad employers at hh.ru in early April reached around 67% of pre-crisis level.

Activity indicated by Kaliningrad jobseekers supports this data. While in February 2009 the average number of responses per each vacancy placed on the website was 31, now this figure went down to 28. Read more in Russian… [2]
