Two more companies registered as residents of Kaliningrad SEZ

www.investinkaliningrad.ru [1]. According to the Ministry of Industry of the Kaliningrad region two more companies have been added to the list of Kaliningrad Special economic zone residents.

OOO “DSK Bely Klyuch” – a project of a house building factory with annual capacity of 100 units. Main type of manufactured products – wooden frame units made on the basis of modular home technology with high degree of completion: exterior and interior finishing, engineering infrastructure and home appliances. The company will be located in “Technopilis Gusev” industrial zone and will be supplied with German equipment. Estimated investment volume – 152 mn roubles (around 3.4 mn EUR).

OOO “Terminal-Service” – a project of rendering transshipment of bulk cargoes services for Handymax-type vessels with annual capacity of 1 mn tones. Estimated investment volume – 266.6 mn roubles (around 6 mn EUR).

As of today, the register of Kaliningrad Special economic zone residents includes 60 companies with overall volume of capital investment indicated in the investment declarations reaching 36.3 bn roubles.
