The construction of an Ibis Hotel is planned to be finished in Kaliningrad in the next two years. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) are planning to provide the funding, RIA Novosti reports. Apart from Kaliningrad, hotels will be built in Russian cities of Samara, Yaroslavl and Krasnoyarsk. Overall, EBRD and IFC plan to invest 50 million euros in the project.
