 <title>OLN: Will Kaliningrad hold a referendum on gaming zone? </title>

According to Kaliningrad regional Election Committee, the application for registration of an initiative group of 20 people and implementation of a referendum will be considered on May 12. After its endorsement the Election Committee will send the whole package of documents to Kaliningrad Regonal Duma. If Duma approves the wording of the issue to be taken to the referendum, the initiative group will be registered by the Election Committee. After that, the initiative group will be required to collect signatures from 2 per cent of the total number of voters in the region within the next 45 days.
